LEGO Incredibles Gameplay Trailer Released

Posted on

Let’s face it, who’s not just a little bit excited about The Incredibles finally getting a sequel? The movie, originally released 14 years ago is up there with Pixar’s best and in this age of superheroes movies getting darker and adding more realism, something a little more light-hearted is definitely needed – plus The Incredibles is still the closest thing we have to a decent Fantastic Four movie….

Of course, the new movie isn’t the only thing we’re getting from the supers this year. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and LEGO have partnered with Disney-Pixar to bring us a bricked-up video game adventure based on the franchise and featuring elements from both films.

We’ve already seen the announcement trailer, but now the powers-that-be have released a new trailer giving us a look at the actual gameplay and what we can expect from this LEGO adventure, including Elastigirl’s flexible transformations, Mr. Incredible’s unparalleled super strength, Violet’s indestructible force-fields, Dash’s lightning speed and Jack-Jack’s unpredictable abilities.

“The video showcases how the Parr Family work together in a variety of thrilling locations while battling a host of dangerous villains, recreating iconic moments from both movies. With Elastigirl transforming into a sturdy bridge for Mr. Incredible to climb across and Violet unleashing her powers to dismantle laser grids for Dash to race through, it’s only when this iconic team joins forces, that they become incredible!”

LEGO® The Incredibles will be available starting 13th July 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC.
