LEGO Games Retrospective, looking back over the last decade and a bit of TT Games’ LEGO partnership, from the emergence of LEGO Star Wars through to the powerhouse that has been LEGO Dimensions and BEYOND.
Lord of the Rings, the epic, Oscar-winning trilogy which sees a band of Hobbits take on the world, facing monsters, and madness in men along the way came to the bricked universe in 2012. That same year saw TT Games finally giving their creations voices and rather than an original cast to voice the characters we’d gone to love in Peter Jackson’s middle-earth, they told the story using the voices fans already knew, sound clips taken directly from the movies. Sir Ian McKellen’s Gandalf is just as awesome in LEGO form.
