Instruction Booklet #1 (00:28):
In the first area, there are three kragled citizens. Two are on the left, one is on the right. Hit all three for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #2 (00:45):
Above the entrance to the building on the right in the first area is a marked point to activate. Fly up and activate it to reveal a stud ring trail to follow to the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #3 (01:12):
Once you’re up on the rooftops as Emmet, switch to the other character and fly over to Emmet. The instruction booklet is floating in the air on the far left above Emmet.

Instruction Booklet #4 (02:17):
In the final section of the level, there are silver-bricked objects on either side of the roof. Destroy both for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #5 (02:48):
Also on the final section, in front of the silver-bricked objects for #4 you’ll find six large vent fans, three of each side. Destroy all six for the instruction booklet.

Pants (01:38):
Once you’re up on the rooftops as Emmet, switch to the other character and fly over the Emmet’s side. There is a large golden-framed billboard. Destroy it for the pants.

Instruction Booklet #1 (00:28):
There are four fires to put out on the street. I recommend doing this as the Yeti because there isn’t much in the way of water for the fireman to refuel.

The first one is to the left of where the level starts.
Opposite site of the street, almost directly opposite.
Once the giant Kragle tube comes across the street, to the left of that.
This one will only appear one the fuel tank has dropped from the roof, and then it’s right next to it.

Instruction Booklet #2 (01:24):
On the right side of the street in the first area are two signs on buildings, one for “HOTEL” and one for “FISH”. Destroy both for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #3 (01:39):
This one is in an alleyway next to the hotel.

Instruction Booklet #4 (01:44):
In the next area, over to the right is a small square between the buildings. Destroy the objects in the middle and the rebuild the bricks left into a statue for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #5 (02:09):
On the left side of this area is a subway entrance with golden gates. Destroy the gates and head down the steps for the instruction booklet.

Pants (02:22):
For these pants, fly up to the roof above the parking area that Wonder Woman appears in the story mode. Once up there kill the robots attacking you (not the rocket ones as they can’t be killed). Next swap to Lord Business and use the Lord Business point to get suited up and head left to the big red switch. This turns off the electricity blocking the rainbow wall which can be destroyed to reveal the pants.

Instruction Booklet #1 (00:28):
Once you’re up to the section where you have to save the female construction worker, head to the back and on the left you’ll see the instruction booklet in plain sight.

Instruction Booklet #2 (01:56):
Once you’re passed the conveyor and up to the platform, there is a golden wall on your right. Destroy it and the instruction booklet is in that room.

Instruction Booklet #3 (02:05):
When pushing the elevator, push it as far as it will go and the doors will open revealing the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #4 (02:26):
Just in front of where of the opening you got to by pushing the elevator, there is a grappling hook point on the ceiling. Use Batman to get up there and grab the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #5 (02:36):
In the part of the level where you need to climb up to smash up a toilet for water, head into the green cubicle for the instruction booklet.

Pants (00:36):
Before you jump on the conveyor belt, keep heading right and down to the lower level. Use the Lord Business point to get suited up and then destroy all of the robots that appear for the pants.

Instruction Booklet #1 (00:46):
Head to the far right of the TV studio to find a wrench point. If you activate it a secret door for the boardroom will reveal. Head in and the instruction booklet is at the far end of the table.

Instruction Booklet #2 (01:11):
In the same room of the first instruction booklet, there is a giant piano. Similar follow the instructions shown and you’ll get the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #3 (02:02):
Back in the TV studio and if you head up to the ceiling from the secret room door, there’s an instruction booklet on a ledge.

Instruction Booklet #4 (02:09):
In the large room when Benny builds his spaceship, spaceship, SPACESHIP! there’s an instruction booklet floating at the back wall in the middle up high.

Instruction Booklet #5 (02:17):
There are six large canisters for Metal Beard to destroy. Two on the first platform he’s on, two in the middle either side of where Benny is building the ship, and finally one on each of the platforms accessed via bridge. Destroy all six for the instruction booklet.

Pants (00:28):
At the very beginning of the level, get the sound button bit completed and then fly straight up for the pants.

Instruction Booklet #1 (00:28):
As soon as you enter the factory floor, there is a hacking terminal on the far right. Use the terminal to open the door next to it and grab the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #2 (01:05):
Go to the middle of the factory floor and fly straight up. You’ll see the instruction booklet floating in the air.

Instruction Booklet #3 (01:17):
Follow the story path until you reach the thirds platform, the one where you build a ladder for the other character to climb up. Next to the ladder is a golden framed door, destroy it for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #4 (01:53):
In the next area, get over the electric floor to the far right and use the hacking terminal to take control of the micro-manager in a room nearby. Use the micro-manager to grab the instruction booklet in the room.

Instruction Booklet #5 (02:45):
Fly into the middle of the platform to find the instruction booklet floating in the air.

Pants (01:35):
During the dance routine, get AWESOME! at least 9 times for the pants.

Pants and Instruction Booklet #1 (00:28):
At the very beginning of the level, change to a character with fire and light the point outside the door just to the right of you at the back. This will blow the door open and allow you access to a secret area. Once inside, do the following:

Light the fire on the left
Destroy the white board in the middle and rebuilt the left over bricks.
Use the wrench point
Destroy the box and rebuild the left over bricks
Use the green handle to activate the machine (the pants will appear)
Find the left over bricks from the machine to build a handle
Pull the handle (the instruction booklet will appear)

Instruction Booklet #2 (01:53):
There are four canons on board to hit for this instruction booklet. If you hit the right ones they will shoot straight up and destroy themselves with the canonball as it falls back down.

At the front of the ship, do the left of the mask.
First level at the back of the ship, by the broken stairs.
Second level, far back of the screen.
Behind Metal Beard

Instruction Booklet #3 (02:15):
Once you’re in the tower, look for a ship with two large golden containers. Destroy both containers for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #4 (02:31):
One you’ve opened the four silver-brick locked door and made it to the next room, fly out of the open bay door to the instruction booklet floating in the open air.

Instruction Booklet #5 (02:48):
In the relic room, fly over the laser beams to the back of the room and on the left you’ll see a President Business point. Switch to Lord Business and then push to big red switch for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #1 (00:28):
Early in the level, activating the DJ decks will cause the floor beneath you to fall away. Where you land, there is a wall made from golden boulders. Destroy the boulders to grab the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #2 (00:38):
Once the sub is flooded, swim up through the ship and off to the right to find the instruction booklet floating near the large blue wheel.

Instruction Booklet #3 (00:48, 02:07, 02:36):
Once you’ve destroyed the torpedo and entered the next area, the tunnel, there are five chests to shoot. The first four are easy to spot along the path, but once you reach the point with the robot swordfish, there final chest is along the ground there. Hit all five for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #4 (02:20):
As the first tunnelled area switches direction, you’ll see more golden boulders, beyond those is the pants (see below), but directly opposite you can swim behind the wall to grab the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #5 (02:52):
Once you’re in the dark tunnel, follow the path until it switches to the other direction, on the bend swim straight down and you’ll go through the floor to a hidden area with the instruction booklet.

Pants (01:13):
As the first tunnelled area switches direction, you’ll come to a wall on the left with an entrance blocked by golden boulders. Laser the boulders and head in to a secret area. In here, there are three golden blowfish, destroy all three for the pants.

As soon as the level begins, change to a flying character and fly to the front of the sub to find the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #2 (00:38):
From the previous booklet, fly to the very back of the sub to find this instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #3 (00:54):
Once Unikitty’s section has attached to the back of the sub, there are three golden fans in the shape of flowers to destroy. These large flowers are integrated into the walls and the first two are easy to spot at ground level. The third can be found behind the build on the further point right on the higher ledge.

Instruction Booklet #4 (01:32):
On Unikitty’s section, there are three rainbow flags to destroy and rebuild for the instruction booklet.

To the left of the Unikitty section, on a pink bricked platform.
On the platform above the snail trail, to the right.
On the far right of the section.

Instruction Booklet #5 (02:52):
After you’ve crossed the snail trail and used the wedge to drop the wall, jackhammer the cracked wall for the instruction booklet.

Pants (02:25):
On the far right of the Unikitty section, there is a box with a golden lock on it. Destroy the lock and then use Green Lantern on the green bricks that fall out for the pants.

There are six small fires to put out in order to retrieve the instruction booklet.

To the front right from the starting point in the level.
To the left of the golden pillar that the micro-manager destroys for you.
On the platform where you find Batman, to the left of the Vitruvius point.
On the platform where you find Batman, to the left of the Vitruvius point.
On the top platform, to the right of the baby chick.
On the top platform, to the left of the baby chick.

Instruction Booklet #2 (01:07):
Up on the top platform in the first area, there is a golden wall. Laser it to grab the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #3 (01:17):
Once you’re at the point on the rotating platforms, on the path to rescuing Emmet, fly up and grab the instruction booklet floating in the air.

Instruction Booklet #4 (02:09):
After you’ve saved Abe Lincoln and crossed the river, there are 3 small fires to put out for the instruction booklet.

Between the yellow house and the rocket.
Head toward the front of the screen from the rocket, next to some plants.
Halfway up the steps on the far right, behind a silver windmill.

Instruction Booklet #5 (02:26):
Halfway up the steps on the far right in the final part of the level there is a silver bricked windmill. Destroy it for the instruction booklet.

Pants (01:23):
At the point where you save Abe Lincoln from the micromanager, fly over to a platform on the left where you’ll find six golden doors to destroy. Green bricks will fall out of each broken door and once you’ve destroyed all six, you can use Green Lantern to retrieve the pants.

Instruction Booklet #1 (00:28):
As soon as the level begins, head to the far right of the cloud to find a pile of rainbow brick for Unikitty to destroy and rebuild into a springboard. This springboard will take you to a new area which if you follow the path you’ll find the instruction booklet at the very top.
You can also find the Invisible Jet (for a trophy/achievement), just in front of where you begin in the new area).

Instruction Booklet #2 (02:35):
There are five targets to shoot for this instruction booklet. They can be found in the centre of windmills in the first area of the level.

Head to the far right from where you start the level.
In front of where you start the level.
To the far left of where you start the level.
On the cloud you pull down with the grappling hook.
Far left of the next cloud level.

Instruction Booklet #3 (04:13):
One you’ve reached the stairs that you need to pull out, there are three snowmen to build by destroying the snow piles with the carrots sticking out of them.

To the right of the bottom of the stairs.
To the left of the top of the stairs.
To the right of the top of the stairs.

Instruction Booklet #4 (04:48):
At the top of the stairs, head to the left and work your way up to the top of the background cloud until you reach a jump point requiring a female character. Jump over to the highest ledge for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #5 (04:55):
In the final section of the level, inside Cloud Cuckoo Land, the area where you need to build a bridge from a rainbow, there are 5 grey clouds to shoot for the instruction booklet.

At the start of the area on the left.
To the left of the giant bird on the higher level.
On the far right after you’ve crossed the rainbow bridge.
On the final platform to the left of the Vitruvius secret entrance point.
On the final platform to the right of the secret entrance point.

Pants (03:43):
After hitting the sail and riding the cloud, jump off on to the cloud by the stairs and to the far left of the stairs you’ll see some rainbow bricks. Destroy and rebuild into a springboard using Unikitty and then bounce to the pants.

Instruction Booklet #1 (00:28):
As soon as the level begins, change to a flying character and fly left to the back of the train. There you’ll find some rainbow bricks for Unikitty to destroy for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #2 (01:31):
Once you reach the point where you knock the large logs off the cart, fly up above where the logs were and grab the instruction booklet floating there.

Instruction Booklet #3 (01:48):
At the point where you have to use the acrobatic poles on the side of the train cart, as you progress the side of the cart will explode open. Jump in and kill the robot for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #4 (02:09):
Once you’ve put the brakes on the second train, head back left to find a cart on fire on the original train. Put out the fire for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #5 (02:37):
The final booklet can be found in a cart towards the end of the level. You’ll reach a point where you have to build a bridge across carts and then drop into a cart with a green wall covering half of it. Walk behind the green wall for the instruction booklet.

Pants (00:42):
From the start of the level, fly left until you come to a cart with a golden roof. Destroy the roof panel and head into the cart. Laser open the golden safe and use the contents to build a panel for the puzzle on the back wall. Use the pressure pads to line up the colour circles for the pants.

Instruction Booklet #1 (00:28, 01:41):
There are three targets to shoot in order to retrieve this instruction booklet. The targets are surrounded by a spiders web with a chained skeleton below.

Just to the right of the starting point in the level.
On the higher ledge behind the starting point.
Behind a silver bricked gate found on the far right of the final rooftop where you face the Sherriff.

Instruction Booklet #2 (00:44):
On the rooftop after the catapult, head to the front of the screen and jump down to the lower balcony. There is a rainbow bricked door for Unikitty to destroy so that you can enter the building. Inside, the instruction book is on the upper level.

Instruction Booklet #3 (01:56):
In the final rooftop area, there is a silver bricked gate on the far right. Destroy it and head right. The instruction booklet is on top of the building in there.

Instruction Booklet #4 (02:16):
During the vehicle stage, there are three robots along the path carrying rocket launchers. Kill all three for the instruction booklet. Don’t worry if you miss them, the path is looped so just hit any of the story targets until you have the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #5 (02:44):
Also during the vehicle stage, there are three caravans with targets on the side to destroy. Destroy all of them for the instruction booklet. Again, remember that the path is looped so you have plenty of opportunity to get them as long as you don’t take out the story targets.

Pants (01:08):
In the same location as Instruction Booklet #2, there is a shooting gallery on the ground level directly under the booklet. Activate it and shoot all of the targets for the pants.

Instruction Booklet #1 (00:28):
You begin the level falling, just make sure you hit all of the stud rings on the way down and the instruction booklet is in the middle of one of them.

Instruction Booklet #2 (00:45, 01:59):
Once you hit the sliding portion of the Gultch, there are five hanging sandbags to hit on the way down. It’s difficult to accurately describe where they are, but follow the most difficult path and take the higher ground at every opportunity. Watch the video and it’ll show you the exact path.

Instruction Booklet #3 (01:47):
Following the same path as the previous instruction booklet, eventually you’ll be sliding along a railway track. As long as you successfully make the jumps where the holes are in the track, then you’ll pick up this booklet with ease.

Instruction Booklet #4 (03:01):
In the next section, simply put out the campfire for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #5 (03:21):
In the bar, once you’re up at the top level, there is a Vitruvius secret entrance point. Use it to open the door to the left and walk in for the instruction booklet.

Pants (02:07):
In the area with the barn and campfire, head to the right behind the windmill to find a golden lock on a gate. Destroy the lock and head in and around to the right. You’ll see a target on a barrel of fireworks, shoot it and rebuild the left over pieces so that you can climb to the top of the barn. Jackhammer the cracked wall at the top to open the barn and reveal the pants.

Instruction Booklet #1 (04:01):
After building the ladder and heading up the left wall as Wyldstyle, follow the wall path around until you see a ledge just below you. The instruction booklet is at the end of the ledge.

Instruction Booklet #2 (04:11):
As soon you’re outside in the alleyway, head forward and destroy the golden lock. Inside the gated area, there is a hacking terminal. Use it as Benny to shut down the power so that you can grab the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #3 (04:58):
Still in the alleyway, turn around and head to the other end of the path to find another golden locked gate on the left. Destroy the lock and head into the area. There is a rainbow bricked object that you can destroy so hat you can build a springboard that will launch you to the other side of the alley. You’ll see the booklet on the ledge above. If you’re doing this in free play, save yourself some time and fly over as Superman.

Instruction Booklet #4 (05:42):
From the previous booklet, fly back over to the area with the springboard and you’ll see a booklet on the ledge on the far left.

Instruction Booklet #5 (05:50):
During the vehicle section, there are 4 enemy vehicles to destroy along the road which are actively attacking you as part of the story. Destroy all four for the instruction booklet.

Pants (00:28):
At the beginning of the level, once you’ve built the laser and blown out the large window to retrieve the final instruction manual, you’ll see a hacking terminal at the back on the left. Use it to open the door at the back of the room and then head into a new area.

Once inside the new area, destroy the golden lock on the door at the back and use a construction worker to fix up the broken machine inside. Next, fly over to the right and activate the wrench point to create a bridge and complete the chequer path. Push the object on the path to the end and this will reveal another bridge to allow you to head further right.

Destroy the rainbow bricked desk with Unikitty and then rebuild it into a butterfly that will allow you to climb the wall. Get up to the top level and then push the acrobatic pole into position. This will open another door to a room with a hacking terminal. Complete the hack to reveal the pants.

Instruction Booklet #1 (00:28):
Once you reach the point of the first instruction manual in the tube, you’ll see a gate to the right with a golden lock on it. Destroy the lock and head into a new area with 11 buildings. Destroy all 11 buildings for the instruction booklet.

Instruction Booklet #2 (02:16):
Just to the right of where you destroy the 11 buildings, you’ll find a walled off area, blocked by fire. Change to President Business and then use the Lord Business point to suit up in the long legs. Walk through the fire and flip the big red switch for the instruction book.

Instruction Booklet #3 (02:56):
There are five cameras to destroy for this instruction booklet:

Just to the left of the starting point.
To the left of the first instruction manual.
To the left of the building with the jackhammer in.
Far right, by the conveyor belt.
Upper level, top of the conveyor belt.

Instruction Booklet #4 (03:33):
On for the far right of the ground level, by the conveyor belt, there is a wall made from rainbow bricks. Use Unikitty to destroy the wall and grab the instruction booklet from behind it.

Instruction Booklet #5 (04:21):
When falling down the hole at the end of the level, eventually Emmet will find himself stuck on a spike. You’ll be prompted to press a button (On the Xbox it’s X), this will push you down the nice right path. When you start falling again, follow the rings of studs and in the final fall, the fifth ring has the instruction booklet in the middle of it.

Pants (03:49):
During the “Everything is Awesome” dancing section, get at least AWESOME! 9 times and the pants will appear at the end of the song.
