This guide will show you how to achieve 100% completion on LEGO Batman: The Videogame.

Each level of in LEGO Batman requires you to complete the following:

  • Find TEN Minikits
  • Rescue the Citizen in Peril (Not on Vehicle missions)
  • Red Brick

Minikit #1 (00:23):
At the start of the level, head around to the left and climb the magnetic path up to the window ledge. Destroy the window planks and window and head through the building, destroying the window at the other side as well. Destroy the bins there and rebuild the pieces into a grappling hook. The hook will get you up to a Villain booth. Use Ivy to open the door and then climb the ladder for the minikit.

Minikit #2 (01:22):
Head to the far left and destroy the barrel and container in front of the garage. Build the pieces into a rotating lever and use it to open the garage. Build the pile of pieces inside the garage into a blue car and then drive it right, two blocks over to an alley. Take out the bad guys and then use the strong handle to move the dumpster out of the way of the garage door. Drive the blue car into the garage for the minikit.

Minikit #3 (02:24):
Head to the far right of the area and you’ll see some silver barrels behind a fence. Blow up the silver and build the pieces into a phone booth. Destroy that for a lever to open an underwater compartment containing the minikit. Swim down and grab it.

Minikit #4 (03:16):
Follow the waterline left until you come to a large green puddle with a broken machine in the middle. Use a character like Croc or the Joker to fix the machine and pull the lever to unlock another underwater compartment for the minikit.

Minikit #5 (03:05, 03:50):
There are three carrots to find in the area for the minikit.

  1. A Silver-bricked bollard next to where the waterline has a corner.
  2. A Silver-bricked bollard next to the green puddle from the previous minikit.
  3. A barrel in the alley at the very far left of the area. 

Minikit #6 (04:36):
In the next section, after you build the bridge, jump forward on to the lower ledge and destroy all of the greenhouses. Plant the seeds and a small garage will open. Drive the vehicle over all of the plants for the minikit. 

Minikit #7 (06:02):
Up on the higher level above the previous minikit, there is a dumpster with a strong handle on. Pull on it to reveal a grapple hook. Use the grapple to reach a ledge and smash the window to enter the building. Destroy everything in there for the minikit.

Minikit #8 (06:21):
Keep following the path until Catwoman attacks near a visible minikit over a silver-bricked fan. There is a dumpster with a strong handle on that you can pull on to reveal a path under the fan. Blow up the fan to access the minikit. 

Citizen in Peril (06:48):
At the sections of the rooftops when you glide across a gap, where there’s a Robin magnetic point, head to the front of the screen and drop down to the lower edge. Head to the far right for the citizen.

Minikit #9 (07:04):
Once you’re at the point with the Robin tech point, use it to hit the switches with the RC car and then destroy the silver bricked containers to build the helicopter. Use the chopper to fly up to the building just to your left. There’s a glass greenhouse up there, shatter the glass for the minikit.

Minikit #10 (07:24):
In the chopper again, head over the right where there’s another glass structure to destroy. Shatter the glass and then jump in with Robin’s water suit and head right in the water pipe for the minikit.

Red Brick (07:47):
Following the story path, once you’re at the point where you jump in a trap door from the roof, smash the window to get on to the ledge and head left. The red brick is behind another window. Smash through for it., destroy the cabinet to the left of him. The red brick is in there.

Minikit #1 (00:23):
After you glide across to activate the bridge near the start of the level, there are five small parking barrier pillars to your right. Jump on each of them and the minikit will appear.

Minikit #2 (00:45):
Outside of the bank, head to the far right corner to find a grappling hook which will take you up to a ledge with the minikit.

Minikit #3 (00:57):
This minikit is in the revolving door on the front of the building. To get to it, however, you first need to take down the defences. There is a Robin tech suit point to the left of the door on the side of the building, use that. Once the guns are shut down, head into the door for minikit.

Minikit #4 (01:47):
In front of the building there are a number of silver-bricked barriers. Either blow them up or run into them with a van to destroy them. The bricks left behind can be rebuilt into a giant dollar sign and once complete, the minikit will appear.

Citizen in Peril (02:35):
Outside the bank and over to the far right of the front door is a brick collector. There are plenty of pieces/plants scattered around the open area, so destroy all of the random crates and bins around the area. Once you have 25 pieces, fill the machine to reveal a path up to a ledge where the citizen is.

Minikit #5 (03:35):

Minikit #6 (03:41):
As soon as you’re inside, use a character who can walk in the green sludge (Ivy/Joker/Two-Face) and head to the back left where there is an open pipe with the minikit in.

Minikit #7 (03:50):
Once you’ve taken down Two-Face in the first indoor section and he opens the gate where you build the platforms. Jump into the green sludge. The minikit is just below the ledge out of view.

Minikit #8 (03:57):
As soon as you’ve cleared the room and made it to the far end, head to the right and follow the wall heading towards the front. The minikit is floating there. Use a double jump enabled character to grab it. 

Red Brick (04:11):
In the first inside area with all the green slim, get to the point where you’re about the leave this room. Then head into the left flooded area and destroy all of the random pieces in there. You’ll rebuild these into four coloured buttons which open a safe with the red brick inside. The combination is RED, BLUE, GREEN, PURPLE. 

Minikit #9 (05:07):
In the vault, head to the far right, the minikit is easy to spot.

Minikit #10 (05:17):
In the vault, there are five crates of gold to destroy for the minikit. Three of them are in the gates sections along the wall, two are in the open area. Destroy all five for the minikit.

Minikit #1 (00:23):
At the start of the level, head towards the back of the area to find a broken green digger. To the left of that is a large patch of flowers and bushes, destroy them all and fix up the vehicle. Drive the vehicle to the far left and then jump out and plant the seeds in the empty lot (the white jumping studs). These will grow into a crop of carrots which you can then destroy with the vehicle for the minikit.

Minikit #2 (01:28):
On the far right of this area, there is a minikit on a ledge up a tree. Use the vehicle to jump high enough to reach it.

Citizen in Peril (01:39):
In the second area, you’ll see the citizen in peril behind a glass wall. They’re in plain sight and hard to miss. Shatter the glass and take out the bad guys.

Minikit #3 (01:59):
In the next area, you’ll see a greenhouse with a heat lamp stopping you entered. Use Batman’s head suit to get in and planet the seeds on either side. Finally, change to Robin’s tech suit to activate the hose which you can move from one side to another to grow the plants and reveal the minikit. 

Minikit #4 (02:51):
Continue following the story path around the corner and you’ll see a large plant in a glass case with an orange strong handle on it. Push the plant as far as it will go and then use a character who can double jump to jump up the path of large orange flowers to reach the minikit.

Minikit #5 (03:25):
Keep following the story path to the end where you find the giant Venus flytrap. Destroy everything in the plant bed to the far right and build the bricks into a set of branches you can use to reach the minikit up high.

Minikit #6 (04:02):
Inside the next area, continue following the story path until you reach the tank filled with water. Dive in with Robin’s water suit/Killer Croc and follow the pipe to the minikit.

Minikit #7 (04:29):
At the point where you jump on the giant leaves to bounce across, use to right one to bounce up to the ledge above. Use Robin’s magnetic boots to get up another level and destroy all of the containers up there. Rebuild the bricks into a rotating push lever that can be used to open the tank with the minikit in.

Red Brick (05:18):
In the room that looks like a lab, near the end of the level, in the far left corner is a lever which fills a canister with yellow liquid. Destroy the silver bricked next to the level and build them into another lever and a Joker power point. Activate all three points for the red brick.

Minikit #8 (05:53):
In the next room, switch to Batman’s heat suit and then head to the far right. Jump up to where the bad guys are spawning from and walk around the wall to a boiling pipe with the minikit on it. 

Minikit #9 (03:18, 04:15, 06:04):
There are three carrots to find throughout this level for the minikit.

  1. In the second area, there are three glass benches in front of a cage with three large orange flowers. To the right is a purple and white flower. Destroy it.
  2. In the cave area, just before you bounce on the giant leaves, destroy the grey barrel with the pickaxes in.
  3. In the room that looks like a lab of sorts. Destroy the air tanks to the left of the brick collector.

Minikit #10 (06:26):
In the room where you need to cross the river of green slim, there’s a minikit on a ledge. Use a character like Croc or Joker to reach it.

MiMinikit #1 (00:23):
From the start, head down and destroy three blue dumpsters for the minikit.

Minikit #2 (00:38):
At the bottom of the road, there is a manhole that can be destroyed for the minikit.

Minikit #3 (00:50):
In the second section, head right across the crossroads and destroy the blue and silver scaffolding on the wall. The minikit will appear once the scaffolding is destroyed.

Minikit #4 (01:11):
Head down from the previous minikit and on the left you’ll find a blue dumpster. The minikit is inside so destroy it.

Minikit #5 (01:22):
Head to the top and then right and jump the bridge. Destroy the blue and silver scaffolding on the wall. The minikit will appear once the scaffolding is destroyed.

Minikit #6 (01:21, 01:36):
There are three blue cars to destroy for the minikit.

  1. To the right of Minikit #4
  2. To the right of Minikit #5
  3. From the previous, follow the road down and then left.

Minikit #7 (01:52):
Above where you find the third car for the previous minikit, there is a dockyard. Head down the ramp and swap to the Joker van. Park on the Joker point for the minikit.

Minikit #8 (02:16):
Just below the previous minikit is another crane. This time, you need the Harley Quinn monster truck on the pressure pad for the minikit.

Minikit #9 (02:43):
In the final section, just to the right of the entry point, there is a couple of phone booths to destroy for the minikit.

Red Brick (02:53):
In the final section, head to the far back left. There’s some blocks to destroy at ground level on the side of a building. The red brick is there.

Minikit #10 (00:44, 01:33, 02:57):
There are three orange food carts for destroy, one in each section of the level.

In the final section, follow the road right and the up. You’ll see it in the corner. From the starting point, head down and over to the right. To the right of the helicopter point in the second section.

Minikit #1 (00:23):
After you take out the van to the right, head to the far right wall and destroy the bins. Use the left over pieces to build a hanging bar on the wall and then switch to the female character to double jump up and work your way up to the window with the minikit on the ledge.

Minikit #2 (00:47):
From the previous minikit, destroy the window that the previous minikit was in front of.

Minikit #3 (01:04):
On the far left, take care of the van and then destroy the table so that you can fix up the ice cream van and drive it away from the wall. Behind it you’ll find a orange strong handle. Pull the handle for the minikit.

Citizen in Peril (01:27):
In the very first area, use either the Riddler or Scarecrow to open the gate on the far right and follow the alley around.

Minikit #4 (01:55):
Use either the Riddler or Scarecrow to open the gate on the far right and follow the alley around. Use a character who can double jump to work your way up the wall for the minikit.

Minikit #5 (02:01):
Back in the main area, drive the ice cream van into the circle in the middle. Destroy the silver-bricked stall to the right and rebuild the bricks into the lever. Pull the lever and the ice cream van will be replaced with the minikit.

Minikit #6 (02:38):
Open the gate and then double jump up the wall on the right of the steps. Destroy the silver-bricked containers for the minikit.

Minikit #7 (02:55):
Inside and once you reach the point that you need to climb a magnetic wall, use Poison Ivy to double jump up to the ledge and open the door. Head through to the secret room and head to the back where the minikit is. 

Red Brick (03:31):
In the first area inside, follow the story path around to the wall you need to climb with magnetic boots. Once at the top, glide to the orange strong handle at the back of the area. Pull the handle and jump in the hole to enter the glass structure. Jump on the pump to access the red brick.

Minikit #8 (03:54):
At the start of the next area, you’ll see a orange button with pipes spraying green gas at it. Stand on the button with someone like the Joker to stop the gas and then send the other character through to destroy the silver-bricked object for the minikit.

Minikit #9 (04:06):
Follow the story path until you reach the end where you have to stop the steam to move on. Rather than going through there, however, head left and jump down to the level below. Glide over the gap and then destroy the wall panel to access a fan so you can fly up to the minikit.

Minikit #10 (04:30):
From the previous minikit, keep following the path left and use mind control to get the character inside the tank to use the lever and open the door. The minikit is inside.

Minikit #1 (00:23):

After taking out the bad-guys at the starting position, head down the alley, above and slightly to the left of you. Pull the switch to release some bricks for the building a grapple hook. Use the hook to get up to a high ledge and follow it around to the left. Jump on to the fire escape at the end and head up the ladder for the minikit. 

Minikit #2 (01:09):

On the ledge you used to get up to the previous minikit, hit the level switch in the corner of the building. This will open a garage with the minikit inside.

Citizen in Peril (01:28):

Heading right from the starting position, you’ll see the citizen through a window in the building of the first block. Shatter the window to reach them.

Minikit #3 (01:37):

On the first block to the right of the starting position, the minikit can be found in a window. Shatter the window with Batman for the minikit.

Minikit #4 (01:52):

Continuing right and you’ll reach a large puddle of green sludge with a broken van in it. Build the free bricks into the van to repair it and then drive it out of the way to reveal a booth for the Riddler/Scarecrow to use. This will unlock the door to the right with the minikit in.

Minikit #5 (02:36):

Continuing right and at ground level near where you get the first suit upgrade in the STORY MODE, you’ll see an orange strong handle at the back. Pull on that to reveal a silver-bricked manhole cover which can be destroyed for the minikit.

Minikit #6 (02:58):

Keep heading right and after the large gap in the road, you’ll see an alley with some dumpsters with orange strong handles on them. Pull them apart to reveal and grapple hook. Use it to get up to the ledge and then use the zip wire to head to the upper levels of the building to the left. Destroy the silver-bricked window for the minikit.

Minikit #7 (03:57):

In the area after you destroy the silver-bricked truck, you’ll see an orange strong handle on a wall. Pull on it and head into the gap. You’ll find yourself upstairs in the building and right near a minikit.

Next to the control panel for the RC car, there is a brick collector behind some glass. There are plenty of spare pieces for Robin to collect around the area, so grabbing 25 is easy. Get Batman to shatter the glass and fill the machine for the minikit.

Minikit #9 (04:37):

After the RC car has opened the door, jump in one of the red cars and drive it left until you come to the tunnel flooded with the green gunk. Drive through it and then use Riddler/Scarecrow to open the door at the far right and flip the level. This will open a small garage. Park the red car in there and then the one next to it will open. Go back, grab the other car and repeat. This will unlock the minikit for you.

Minikit #10 (01:21, 02:25, 03:46, 06:02):

Through the level there are five phone booths to destroy. Destroy all five for the minikit.

3 – To the right of the silver-bricked truck you have to destroy.

4 – Along the path, not far from where you start the next section.

5 – To the far, far right of the level. After Clayface goes into the cage, head right.

Red Brick (06:26):

At the end of the level, before you take down Clayface, destroy the cabinet to the left of him. The red brick is in there.

Continuing the series and it turns out that 2018 isn’t just a landmark year for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, another kind of superhero is celebrating a 10th anniversary. 2008 may have been Iron Man’s year on the big screen, but in video games, only one billionaire vigilante ruled….in brick form. I’m, of course, talking about Batman and his LEGO TT Games debut.

After the success of the LEGO Star Wars games and a debut adventure for Indiana Jones, there really was only one other licensed franchise that truly mattered, LEGO Batman. In 2006, the bricked knight took on a self-named theme, releasing a number of physical sets over a two-year period which ultimately proved so successful that they eventually led to both the LEGO DC and LEGO Marvel superhero themes we have today.
