This guide will show you how to achieve 100% completion on The LEGO Movie Videogame Level 12, Broadcast News.
The video will show you what is required to 100% the level with additional detail below for each part. Each level of the core story requires you to collect the following:
- Five Golden Instruction Booklets
- A Pair of Pants

Instruction Booklet #1 (00:46):
Head to the far right of the TV studio to find a wrench point. If you activate it a secret door for the boardroom will reveal. Head in and the instruction booklet is at the far end of the table.
Instruction Booklet #2 (01:11):
In the same room of the first instruction booklet, there is a giant piano. Similar follow the instructions shown and you’ll get the instruction booklet.
Instruction Booklet #3 (02:02):
Back in the TV studio and if you head up to the ceiling from the secret room door, there’s an instruction booklet on a ledge.
Instruction Booklet #4 (02:09):
In the large room when Benny builds his spaceship, spaceship, SPACESHIP! there’s an instruction booklet floating at the back wall in the middle up high.
Instruction Booklet #5 (02:17):
There are six large canisters for Metal Beard to destroy. Two on the first platform he’s on, two in the middle either side of where Benny is building the ship, and finally one on each of the platforms accessed via bridge. Destroy all six for the instruction booklet.
Pants (00:28):
At the very beginning of the level, get the sound button bit completed and then fly straight up for the pants.
