This guide will show you how to achieve 100% completion on LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Level 3, Exploratory Laboratory.
The video will show you what is required to 100% the level with additional detail below for each part. Each level of the core story requires you to collect the following:
- Ten Minikits
- Stan Lee in Peril

Stan Lee In Peril(05:40)
In the corridor just before you reach Venom, there are a number of pods with people in them, one has Stan in. To the left there is a magnetic panel that once destroyed reveals a Wolverine point which can be used to open all of the pods.
Minikit #1 (00:22)
After you’ve passed through the first door and into the next section, there are two doors at the back to labs. The one of the right is open, the left on isn’t. Go into the lab you have access to and use Magneto to plug the two large batteries into place. This will unlock the other room which has a terminal sort setting the DNA to the correct sequence (the hint is to the right). Put in the correct sequence for the minikit.
Minikit #2 (01:14)
In the area where Goblin destroys the elevator shaft, there are strong pull handles on the left wall near the large hologram. Pull this off the wall to reveal a Cap shield point which can be used to retrieve the minikit.
Minikit #3 (00:17, 00:58, 01:40)
There are four golden picture frames to destroy. Once all four have been destroyed the minikit will appear.
- At the very beginning of the level on the left wall.
- In the corridor where Goblin blows the door up.
- On the right wall near to destroyed elevator shaft.
- On the wall in the room accessed via the Mr Fantastic grate (see the next minikit for details).
Minikit #4 (02:15)
Once you’ve climbed the broken elevator shaft and are in the next corridor. Use mind control on the scientist in the lab to the right to flip and switch and reveal a Mr Fantastic grate. Head into the grate to get into the lab on the left. At the back of the room are two generators to power which in turn reveal a Wolverine point to activate for the minikit.
Minikit #5 (03:02)
In the next area, where you’re about to be crushed, fly over to the far right to find a dig spot for the minikit.
Minikit #6 (03:21)
There are three spiders to build in the area. Build all three for the minikit:
- On the first level on the left, there is a pile of three canisters. Destroy that to reveal a teleport point for a character such as Loki to fall down into a room with crates that can be destroyed and rebuilt into the spider
- On the far right of the area, at the back, there is a cracked wall for Hulk to smash. Build the bricks behind the wall into the spider.
- On the far right, there is a valve that can be controlled with magic/telekinesis. Once used, bricks will fall out that can be built into the spider
Minikit #7(04:58)
In the section with the prison cells, once there all open and release the symbiotes, there will be one with a puddle in it. Freeze and then melt the puddle for the minikit.
Minikit #8(05:31)
On the far left of the prison cell area, to the left of the exit in the room with the button, there is a golden bricked vent on the ceiling. Destroy it for the minikit.
Minikit #9(06:00)
In the corridor just before you reach Venom, there are a number of pods with people in them, one has Stan in. To the left there is a magnetic panel that once destroyed reveals a Wolverine point which can be used to open all of the pods. The pod opposite Stan has the minikit in it.
Minikit #10(06:07)
In the boss area fly up to the higher level at the back and destroy all of the crates. Use the bricks left to complete the door up there and reveal the minikit.
