This guide will show you how to achieve 100% completion on LEGO Lord of the Rings Level 9 – Track Hobbits.
The video will show you what is required to 100% the level with additional detail below for each part. Each level of the core story requires you to collect the following:
- Ten Minikits
- Three Treasures
- A blacksmith design

Minikit #1 (00:31):
After you blast through the first barrier, head towards the tree line on the left and shoot the targets in the tree. This will release the pieces for building the minikit.
Minikit #2 (00:50):
From the previous minikit, head right to find coloured steps buried in dig spots. Dig them up and magic them into place to climb up and reach the minikit.
Minikit #3 (01:55):
To the right of the coloured steps, there is a silver-bricked flag. Blow it up for the minikit.
Minikit #4 (02:05):
In the next section of the level, up high to the right of the save point is an axe point. Throw Gimli up there for the minikit.
Minikit #5 (02:39):
At the point where you need both characters to jump up and hang on the handles, to the left of this is a strong pull handle. Use it for entrance to a secret area where you’ll find a target puzzle to complete for the minikit.
Minikit #6 (03:31):
Following the story path, after you use the crawl hatch, you’ll see some arrow points that can be used by an elf to swing over to the minikit.
Minikit #7 (04:05):
To the left of the crawl hatch, there is a dark tree trunk. Use a character who can light up the dark to retrieve the minikit.
Minikit #8 (04:13):
As soon as you begin the section with the Ent, switch to the normal character and next to the save point is a dig spot you can use for the minikit.
Minikit #9 (04:36):
As the ent, you’ll reach a point where you need to throw rocks at a barrier. After destroying the barrier, grab a rock and throw it at the bird in the tree at the back. Do this three times for the minikit.
Minikit #10 (06:39):
Once you reach the point of the level with the flaming branch, jump over the fallen tree to the right and shoot the targets for the minikit.
Treasure #1 – Uruk Shield (00:19):
There is a dig spot right at the beginning of the level that contains the treasure.
Treasure #2 – Wooden Armor (03:53):
Before you climb the Ent, head to the far right and destroy the wooden sculpture for the treasure.
Treasure #3 – Ent Drought (06:14):
At the point where you’re crossing the waterfall as the ent, switch to the normal character and you’ll see a dig pot to the left of the waterfall. You this to retrieve the treasure.
Blacksmith Design (02:20):
At the point where you need both characters to jump up and hang on the handles, to the left of this is a strong pull handle. Use it for entrance to a secret area, head in and then to the far right, destroy the rock there for the design.
