Each level of in LEGO Batman requires you to collect the following:

Five level specific items
Red Brick
WayneTech Cache (Not all levels)

For this level, the level specific item is CAKES.

WayneTech Cache #1 (00:18):

Climb up the wall at the start of the level on the left side of the floats and pull the lever to open the shutter into the building. The cache is inside as soon as the shutter lifts.

WayneTech Cache #2 (01:34):

Follow the left side path until you see a person sitting on the ground. Switch to UV Vision and scan the environment. Follow the highlighted trail to the hidden panel — interact with it to reveal the second cache.

Cake #1 (02:11):

In the street section with the parade floats, head to the right side. The first Cake is behind the parked van.

Cake #2 (02:20):

Move forward to the area between Float 1 and Float 2. Look up to the balcony above — the second Cake is sitting there.

Cake #3 (02:39):

Continue along the parade route. On the right side, behind the crowd gathered at the shop front, you’ll find the third Cake.

Cake #4 (02:50):

Progress to the volcano float. The fourth Cake is placed directly on the volcano structure around the back.

WayneTech Cache #3 (03:03):

Grapple up to the upper level of the nearby building. Cut the window glass and head inside — the third WayneTech Cache is in that room.

Cake #5 (03:43):

Come out of the window you just cut for the cache and drop to ground level. To your immediate left is an alleyway, head behind the bins on the right. The fifth Cake is tucked back there.

Red Brick (03:57):

From the volcano float, face the other parade floats. On your right is a tightrope you can walk across, there’s a window here you can cut. Slice through the glass panels and head inside. Once you’re in the room, move the TV about halfway between the table and the bookcase – this will allow Catwoman’s cat to climb up and through the catflap to open the door from the other side.

WayneTech Cache #4 (06:05):

Come back outside from the red brick area and drop to ground level. You’ll see a van parked with a grapple hook on the back. Use Batman to open it and reveal the cache.

WayneTech Cache #5 (06:31):

To the right of the castle float, there is a building with a glass window that can be cut. Cut the glass and head inside to the back of the room, avoiding the cameras. The cache is inside.
